The book is independently published, and essentially printed on demand. As the author, I can have discounted copies printed and sent to you. There are some commonly ordered amounts in the mag90 shop. Otherwise, email me to discuss amount of books needed and payment.

Please note, the turn around time is slower than ordering through amazon, but the price is substantially less for 10+ and 25+ books ordered.
